- Call Center: ASU offers its students with a direct communication point with ASU’s different departments and directorates. Through this center, the student can ask any question through direct lines (16036395, 16036396, 16036397, 16036398 16036399) through which he/she will be answered by dedicated staff.
- Student Online Services (SOS): ASU provides its students with a system that allows them to raise complaints, suggestions, praises, appeals and apply for installment of their studies’ fees. (http://sos.asu.edu.bh/)
- Student Information Systems (SIS): ASU offers the students with a self-service system where students can register courses, pay their fees and check their academic records. (http://sis.asu.edu.bh/)
- Online Payment (Benefit Pay): ASU added an online payment feature using Benefit Pay to allow students to pay without the need to come to financial affairs department
- Online Student Fund: Students who are in need financially can apply to the students fund online.
- E-Library: The library resources can be accessed online through the webpage of the library (http://lib.asu.edu.bh/)
