The University is keen to encourage all the faculty members and students to conduct scientific research. Accordingly, the University has adopted a research policy to achieve high quality research outputs that contribute to improving the image and level of the university locally, regionally and internationally. Research Ethics
It is fundamental that the Deanship oversees that all research activities conducted by students and staff, have followed ethical procedures and that ethical reviews are undertaken before proceeding. For ethical compliance to be accepted and be effective, a procedure must be developed which takes into account the severity of the ethical issues.
Participants in collaborative research should at all times should follow, consider and comply its code of ethics. The University recognises and acknowledges the importance of human research ethics and set up a comprehensive set of policies and procedures within a university structure to deal with the protection of individuals who are the subjects of research. The University has established the Research, Innovation and Research Ethics Committee to report and follow any Ethic in research.
