Applied Science University’s Participation in 18th Anniversary of the National Action Charter
The University participated in the 18th Anniversary celebrations of the National Action Charter. The University participated in the caravan fair as part of the Higher Education institutions in Bahrain.
The participation in the Ministry’s celebrations and exhibition was a declaration of the affection and loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his wise leadership.
Professor Ghassan Aouad, the President of the University, praised and congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa; His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister; and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister, on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the National Action Charter.
Professor Aouad praised the great efforts and pioneering steps of His Majesty the King to promote and develop the country. Under the leadership of His Majesty the King and his wise decisions, the Kingdom has a strong position and role in the Arab and international milieu.
He also thanked HE Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, the Minister of Education, for granting the opportunity to the higher education institutions to participate in the honourable and the highly cherished anniversary. The extensive participation of school and University students revived the pledge and loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Ms. Ruqaya Mohsin, the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, noted that the participation of the University in this significant and historical celebration was an enhanced expression of loyalty to the wise leadership. The University and its employees were proud to accompany the Ministry’s celebrations on this occasion, since the Charter is of great value and significance.
It embodied the University’s stance to instil the values of loyalty to the homeland, loyalty to the leadership, and adherence to the principles of national unity in the minds and souls of a new generation of University students
