A lecture titled “Causation relationship in Tort in Law and Islamic Sharia” that was delivered by Dr. Abdul Kareem Alelwan, the assistant professor of civil law and the head of the private law at the college of law on Thursday 12 June 2014. He stated that the violation of the legal duty is the result of illegal act and against the legal duty of not causing harm to the public and it is based on three pillars causation, damage and fault.
The core subject of the lecture is related to the causation which is a vital pillar for establishing a direct relation that makes this mistake cause injury.
