On the 9th, 10^th May 2018, the University (Directorate of Marketing and Public Relations) participated in Bahrain Exhibition for Training and Education Pre-Employment 2018, which was held under the patronage of H.H. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The 2 days Exhibition was held at the Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, with participation of a number of Universities, vocational and educational institutions and Training Centers beside few consultation agencies.

Furthermore, The Exhibition was inaugurated by HE Jameel bin Mohammed Humaidan, the Minister of Labour and Social Development in the presence of Professor Ghassan Aouad, University President; Dr Faiza Zitouni, Dean of Student Affairs; Ms Ruqaya Mohsin, Director of Marketing and Public Relations, and a number of VIP guests.

The exhibition attracted secondary school students along with their parents, University graduates, and jobseekers in addition to the training and recruitment agencies. During the exhibition, the university promoted its academic programmes and provided career advice to interested participants and visitors.

Therefore, the primary purpose for the participation was to illustration and deliver the best guidance to students by introducing them to the specializations offered by the University for existing and the hosted British programmes from London South Bank and Cardiff University.
