Applied Science University participates in Bahrain Exhibition for Training and Education pre-Employment
Manama – Applied Science University:
Applied Science University participated in Bahrain Exhibition for Training and Education pre-Employment which was held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, the Exhibitiontook place at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center. A large number of companies representing the sectors of the hospitality, industry, training, education and health in addition to institutes and universities participated in the exhibition.
TheMinister of Labor and Chairman of Supreme Council for Vocational Training, His Excellency, Mr. Jameel Bin Mohamed Humaidan visited Applied Science University corner in the exhibition. A large number of businessmen in the Kingdom of Bahrain briefed on the offered majors in the university, furthermore, they praised the university role in serving Bahrain society as a leading educational institution that provides the society with qualified and well-trained students.
Worth to note, Applied Science University participated in this exhibition in terms of its mission which aims to support the education of Bahrain and the Gulf and show the progress and development in the Kingdom of Bahrain at the academic and educational levels in recent years. Furthermore, the university believes that such Exhibition is an educational and training opportunity in which it promises Bahraini youth a bright future in the Labor market through meeting with senior professors of various Universities and Colleges, both local and international.
In the exhibition, the staff of the university provided the visitors with information about the university, advised and guided the students to choose the appropriate majors that harmonize with their abilities, moreover, the staff of the university answered the queries and questions of the visitors and students .
For his part, Dr. Waheeb Al-Khaja the president of Applied Science University explained that the exhibition gave the visitors the opportunity to learn more about the activities of the university, stressing that the university is always keen to participate in local and international exhibitions, Dr. Al-Khaja added that the exhibition is important to highlight the bright image of the and the development of education in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the wise leadership of the country. He also noted that the university is steadily moving towards improving the quality of education.
