Prof Saad Darwish, and Dr Radwan Kharabsheh from the College of Administrative Sciences and Dr Nasiem Shawawareh, from the College of Law, attended the fourth forum for career guidance and development hosted by Bahrain Polytechnic on 26 April 2016 titled “Creative Trends in Employment”.

The workshop covered issues related to recruitment in governments, institutions and individuals and different solutions to fulfill their recruitment needs. The need for creativity emerged to break the usual ways of employment, especially in light of the advancement of technology and social media that have a huge contribution on the emergence of virtual businesses.
