Bahrain Statistical Society (BSS) celebrated the World Statistics Day (WSD) on 7 November 2015. The event was inspired by this year’s slogan “Better Data…Better Lives”. The celebration was in collaboration with Applied Science University (ASU) which hosted the event. Among the distinguished audience was: the President of ASU, the academic staff from ASU, Central Informatics Organization, Higher Education Council – Ministry of Education, Supreme Council for Women, Polytechnic Bahrain, King Abdulaziz University (from Saudi Arabia), members of BSS, and employees of private sector companies.
