On Wednesday, 7 December 2016, students of Political Science Department have organized a workshop on the practices of organizing conferences in “Gulf Union future and destiny”. The workshop has been facilitated by Dr Khaleel Al Samarae, an Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and the instructor of the course titled “Diplomacy in Theory and Practice”.

Each student of the group participated in the negotiation as a diplomatic representative in a playing role to discuss this important topic and its consequences on the gulf region as well as the Middle East as a whole. Such workshop has given the students a great opportunity to exercise their skills in diplomacy in terms of language and expression, and to learn how to be involved in dialogues at an international level.
