Under the patronage of  Shaikh Khaled Bin Ali AL-Khalifa, the minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs , the community service centre at the ASU  held  a forum in which the participants focused the light on the Seera of the prophet Mohamed god’s peace be upon him and during the forum participants
delivered speeches related to the civilized side of Islam and necessity of moderation in all the sides of the Muslims life.

The forum was run by Prof. Saad Znad and attended by the under secretary of the ministry of Justice Farid Muftah and the  executive director of the board of directors professor Wahib Khaja the founder of the ASU, in addition to prof. Ghassan Awad the president of the university and number of the diplomats and the academic staff. The head of the national unity gathering Shaikh Abdul Latif Mahmood talked about the human side of the  prophet Mohamed and Shaikh A’aref the head of the Educational Guidnace Section at the Bahraini Islamic Society talked about the prophet and the responsibilities of the Muslims towards their religion.

Associate Prof. Dr. Abdul Jabar Musafar talked in his speech about  what the prominent thinkers during the history said about the prophet Mohamed and emphasized the importance of understanding Islam from a different wide angle that that goes side by side with the present time. He also discussed the reasons for which there is such a campaign in the west against the East and the Muslim people.

Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Junabi  talked about the history of Islam and the moderation of the prophet Mohamed God’s peace be upon him.

Prof. Ghasssan said that the western thinkers have reached a point where they do not  have any moderation and instead of being objective , their main focus now is to defame the reputation of Islam. for this reason, the ASU decided to hold this debate in order to discuss the moderation and kindness of Islam.
