ASU held the activities of the orientation day. The purpose of these activities is to explain to the students how to be prepared psychologically and academically and to present the students to the services offered at the university and the rules of the university.

Students listened to the instructions of Dr. Nihad Jaboori, the dean of the students affairs in addition to Sadiq Baqer, Dr Ammar Jalahma and Dr. Ruqaya the director of the Guidance office, Mohamed, Najjar and Qasim Khunji.

 They all welcomed the new students and assured them that such activities comes from the policy of the university in order to interact with the students and guide them.

 Dr. Nihad said that the university is ready to help the students within its capacities by giving them the chance to participate in  different activities and the doors of the students affairs directorate are open all the time for any complains and to answer all of their questions. He also encouraged the students to visit the university website.
