Applied Science University celebrated the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain in co-ordination with the Deanship of the Students Affairs and
the University Council, where a huge festival was held at the university campus. The celebration was attended by the academic and the administrative cadre of the university in addition to the students and their relatives. The celebration consisted of youth and cultural activities including a poetry evening, musical bands and popular traditional dances.

On this occasion, Professor Aouad expressed his sincere congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership of the country and added that it was a great honor to celebrate this great occasion and pray that God protects the leadership of this country.

Dr. Nihad Aljuboori added that “We all are proud to celebrate this day and we all are very pleased to express our loyalty to the leadership of the country”.

The Head of the Students Council said that on behalf of the students and himself, he would like to congratulate the wise leadership of the country. He mentioned that he did his best to make this celebration as good as possible, adding that this is the first time the council organizes this celebration in its session no. 8. He then expressed his sincere thanks to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the University, Prof. Waheeb Alkhaja and to the President of the University, Prof. Ghassan Aouad for all the help and assistance they offered to the council for the sake of the success of this celebration and added at the end “Long Live Bahrain”.
