On 3 May 2016, on behalf of ASU, Prof Saad Darwish, President’s Advisor for Special Projects, attended INJAZ 8th Company of the Year Competition & 2016 Annual Appreciation lunch at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel. This year, 17 teams from 14 secondary schools and 2 from Universities participated in the competition.

The competition event witnessed youth participants showcasing their entrepreneurial achievements and concluded with crowning of the winner of the “High School Company of the Year”, and the winner of “University Company of the Year”.

As part of INJAZ Bahrain appreciation and gratitude to all its partners, an appreciation lunch was also held to recognize and honor all supporters and volunteers who participated throughout the year 2015/2016. Faouzia Ghazal, ASU student, from the Department of Business Administration in the College of Administrative Sciences, was praised by HH Skeikha Hessa Al-Khalifa for her work being a volunteer in INJAZ programmes.
