On 20 March, ASU library has launched the LibQual survey campaign. LibQual is a suite of services that libraries use to track, understand, and act upon users’ opinions of service quality. The library has conducted daily sessions in the three colleges for staff, and in lectures to approach students and encourage them to participate in the online survey. The survey campaign will be on until 6 April 2016. Academic and adminstrative staff sesssions will be held in the library in order to reach the maximum participation of ASU members to benefit from all opinions to develop ASU library.
