The University President attended between 27 and 30 December the meeting of the Executive Council of the Association of Arab Universities which was hosted by the Global University in Beirut. The Executive Council discussed opportunities for collaboration between Arab Universities amongst many other items like support for research and approval of new memberships to the Association, etc. The next annual meeting of the Association of Arab Universities will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates University in the UAE towards the end of March 2016.
