Dr. Mohammad Al Hamami participates in the arbitration of the “Excellence Award for E-Government 2015”
Dr. Mohammad Ala’a Al Hamami, the Assistant Professor at the Department of the Management Information Systems at Applied Science University, participated in the arbitration of the “ Excellence Award for the e-Government – 2015” , held under the patronage His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Supreme Committee of Information Technology and Communications. The panel consisted of seven experts from inside as well as outside the Kingdom of Bahrain who have a long and valuable experiences in the area of information and communication technology and e-Government, this experience contributed to the enrichment of the arbitration process, and provided constructive feedback on the submitted projects. The panel was chaired by Mr. Jeremy Millard, the Senior Consultant at the Danish Technological Institute, and the first advisor at the Brunel University London, with the membership of Dr. Aisha BuShager, the Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Information Technology at the University of Bahrain, Mr. Mishal Al Hellow, Head of IT at Arcapita Bank, and Dr. Mohammad Ala’a Hussein Al Hamami, the Assistant Prof. at the Department of Administrative Information Systems at Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as Mr. Mohammad Al Sayed, the director of the Products & Services Department at VIVA – Bahrain, and Dr. Mohammad Baqer, senior director at Authority for Qualifications and Quality Assurance for Education and Training in Bahrain, besides Mr. Najwa Abdulrahim, the Vice- President for Information & Communication Technology at Bahrain Airport Company.
