Manama – Applied Science University:

Within the framework of Applied Science University mission which links theory and aims to train and rehabilitate the students before engaging in the labor market. The Department of Management Information Systems at the University in cooperation with Bahrain Institute of Public Administration organized a training program for students about Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP). This program integrates all departments and jobs in the company or organization with the computer system which is based on supplying various departments with their own needs and planning for the best use of their resources.

 This training on ERP program aims at enhancing the practical side of the students, developing their abilities in dealing with management information systems and training them on enterprise resources planning system; this program is used in Bahrain Institute of Public Administration and several major corporations. During the training, the students identified such systems used in different fields of the labor market as marketing, management, production, accounting, finance and human resources, All above-mentioned will enhance the theoretical aspect which is studied in the classroom.
